Why We Bid Every Cleaning Job in 48 Hours

A written, itemized cleaning bid within 48 hours of the walkthrough — here's how we do it, why it matters on a deadline, and what we need from you to be fast.

Every job we bid gets a written, itemized number within 48 hours of the walkthrough. It's one of the few hard promises on our site, and it exists for a simple reason: the people who hire us are working against deadlines that don't move — closings, inspections, lease flips — and a bid that takes a week is a bid that's already too late.

Why 48 hours matters

When a general contractor is staring at a closing date, or a property manager has a unit that needs to re‑list, the clock is the whole story. A cleaner who takes days to respond, or who won't commit to a number, forces you to either wait or gamble. A fast, firm bid lets you plan the rest of the finish schedule around a known quantity.

How we actually hit it

  • We walk the site first. A real number comes from seeing the space, not guessing over the phone. We schedule the walkthrough fast — often the same week you call.
  • We scope on site. Phases, square footage, detail density, floor types, glass — we capture what drives the price while we're standing in it.
  • We itemize. The bid breaks the number down by phase or per unit so you can see what you're paying for and adjust scope if you want.
  • We commit in writing. The scope and price are confirmed in writing before any work starts, so there are no invoice surprises.

Fast doesn't mean sloppy. A 48‑hour bid is only useful if it's accurate. Because we walk every site, our number reflects the real condition — not a padded worst‑case guess we hope covers us.

What we need from you to be fast

  1. The property address
  2. The type of job — new build, rental turn, or recurring service
  3. Approximate square footage or number of units
  4. The date it needs to be finished

Send those four things and we can usually schedule the walkthrough immediately and have your itemized bid back within two business days. Get in touch and start the clock.
